3. Our Commitment
We are committed to:

- Implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not take place anywhere in our business or supply chains.
- Complying with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
4. Due Diligence
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk:
- We assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- We work with suppliers who share our values and commitment to ethical practices.
- We may require suppliers to confirm their own compliance with anti-slavery policies.
5. Training and Awareness
We aim to ensure that relevant staff are aware of the risks of modern slavery and understand how to report concerns. We promote awareness through training, internal communication, and access to relevant policies.
6. Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone who suspects a breach of this policy or unethical behavior to report it. Concerns can be raised confidentially to info@poweringcommunities.co.uk, and will be handled with sensitivity and urgency.
7. Review
This policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in legislation, business practices, or supply chain structure.
